📦 Orders

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account and visit My Orders to see real-time status updates. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement, provided they haven't been processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you would need to initiate a return after delivery.

We're sorry about that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Check your spam or junk folder first — confirmation emails sometimes land there. If you still can't find it, log in to your account to verify your order appears under My Orders. Still nothing? Contact us with your name and email address.
🚚 Shipping

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the US. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Processing time is 1–2 business days before your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number once it's on its way.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold — check the current promotion banner on our site for the latest offer. Shipping costs for orders below the threshold are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Currently we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding internationally — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch shipping to your country.

First, check around your property and with neighbours — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. Wait 24 hours as tracking can update early. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. We've got you covered.
↩️ Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in original, unused condition. For full details — including non-returnable items — please read our Return & Refund Policy.

Simply contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will send you return instructions within 1 business day. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund within 3–5 business days. It may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. The link expires in 1 hour for security.

Log in to your account and go to My Account → Settings to update your name, shipping address, and email preferences. If you need to change your email address, contact us directly.

Click the "Request to unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter email — this will open a pre-filled email to our team. We'll remove you within 1 business day. You can also contact us directly to request removal.

To request account deletion, please contact us with the subject "Delete My Account." We'll process your request within 5 business days. Note that we may retain certain records as required by law or for fraud prevention.
💳 Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. All transactions are securely processed through encrypted payment gateways.

Enter your coupon code in the "Promo Code" field at checkout and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total immediately. Only one coupon can be applied per order. Codes are case-sensitive.

Sometimes a pending authorization and an actual charge can appear simultaneously — the authorization usually drops within 3–5 business days. If you believe you've been genuinely double-charged, contact us immediately with your order number and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly.
🛍️ Products

Currently we don't have an automated back-in-stock notification, but you can contact us with the product name and we'll let you know as soon as it's available. Subscribing to our newsletter is also a great way to hear about restocks first.

We're so sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
